1. Establish Your Budget: Begin by informing us of your comfortable budget limit for your new PC. Please consider including estimated taxes in your budget to facilitate accurate planning.

2. Hardware Preferences: Let us know if you have specific preferences for hardware brands or models. If not, rely on our expertise to recommend the best price-to-performance options.

3. Aesthetic Preferences: Inform us about your chassis size preferences, preferred color scheme, and any other aesthetic features you envision for your system. If specific design details aren't provided, simply indicate your primary color preference (e.g., Black or White), and we'll curate a cohesive design for you.

4. Cooling Options: Specify if you prefer water cooling, particularly for your processor. By default, we incorporate air cooling that aligns with your budget and processor cooling needs. Optionally, you can request an all-in-one (AIO) water cooling solution for both processor and graphics card, noting that AIO graphics card cooling typically incurs an additional cost of approximately $200 compared to air-cooled variants.

5. Custom Water Cooling (Optional): Interested in a full custom water cooling implementation? For systems with a minimum budget of $3000, we can discuss detailed options such as tubing material (Acrylic, Metal, Soft), loop design preferences, and preferred hardware brands. This advanced cooling solution requires meticulous planning due to its performance and cost considerations.

6. Estimation Process: Once we have all your specifications, we'll begin the estimation process. Expect a detailed spreadsheet outlining all components, including hardware visuals, within approximately 2 business days.

7. Review and Approval: Upon receiving your estimate, review it thoroughly. Feel free to seek clarification or request adjustments as needed and contact us back.

8. Security Deposit: Upon approval of your estimate, a 15% security deposit is required to initiate the creation and design phase of your PC. We offer various payment methods for your convenience, each with its respective transaction terms. Card, Check, Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp.

9. Creation and Design: Depending on the complexity of your design, expect your custom PC to be ready within 7 to 10 business days for standard configurations and 10 to 20 business days for full custom water-cooled setups.

10. Quality Assurance and Completion: Once your PC is assembled, undergoes performance optimization, and undergoes stress testing, we'll provide you with photo and video confirmation of your completed PC. We ensure that your system is ready for a seamless plug-and-play experience.

11. Final Payment and Shipping: After your product approval, we will organize the final payment, and proceed with shipping arrangements. We aim to make this process as transparent and satisfactory as possible.
